Perth Kawasaki

This is the worst dealership of Kawasaki. I will never recommend this to anyone. We were directed there by our insurance provider. They try their level best to hold on the vehicle for more than a month and when we went to collect it , we realised that they have not even used original products. None of the team members help and especially Patrick was very rude to us.

Would give it zero stars if I could. Ordered some parts through this business" left my bike in to have parts fitted only to be told that they had forgotten to fit them when I went to collect the bike. Then got a call a few days later and was told they had forgot to order some of the parts!!! Would not recommend at all!"

I originally purchased my 2013 Versys from Causeway Kawasaki but was never really happy with the service there - obviously many others weren't either, as they no longer exist now! I recently had my Versys serviced at the same location by Perth Kawasaki who now operates out of the same Vic Park premises and also had them look at an intermittently losing power and stumbling issue/fault! Well what can I say?! The bike is running the best that its ever run since I got it and has the most power and response Ive ever experienced with it. I am extremely happy with its performance since they serviced and tweaked it and I would definitely recommend the services of Howard and the team there in the workshop! From here onwards I will definitely be returning there for all of my sales and service needs! If you own a Kawasaki and need somewhere reliable - do yourself a favour and go and see Howard in the workshop at Perth Kawasaki!

Good range of products and knowledgeable staff - however I have a huge gripe with my experience purchasing my Bluetooth headset here. I was advised there was a $25 service fee to have it installed so I just took it home and did it myself. After speaking with my friends who recommended I come here, and recently taking two other friends to get one for themselves, none were told there would be any fee, having the service offered free of charge.As all these friends were male I feel that this is incredibly discriminatory. In an already male-dominated area it feels predatory and uninviting and I would not recommend this place to any of my female riding friends.

I took my bike here for a service and mentioned I’d been having difficulties with the rear brake. The two guys on the desk (who were friendly enough), without looking at my bike or asking anything further dismissed my concerns saying it was probably “air in the fluid”A few hours later that same day i got a phone call saying everything with the bike was all good and ready to collect. Not expecting the bike to be ready so fast I wasn’t available to go back straight away so the staff kindly offered to keep the bike until the following day.Being without a bike involves a walk to the train station, a train to the city and a walk (or bus) from the city to Vic Park, which was fine with me until...While walking i got a call from one of the guys from the desk saying there’s some issues with the rear brake, same to what i’d described upon dropping the bike off. Then he gave me the strange option to either continue to the shop, pay for it and go because “i’d been riding without a rear brake anyway” or.. i could wait a few more hours while the mechanic ‘diagnosed the problem’To which i’m left wondering... why wasn’t this diagnosed yesterday when i mentioned the brake was no good; and what is your mechanic doing now to locate the problem that wasn’t done yesterday??No prizes for guessing why they were able to complete the service in just a few hours.Despite the friendliness of the staff I can’t help but suspect they’re just rushing jobs through to get the money and not taking customers concerns seriously.To add insult to injury when i went to collect my bike it wouldn’t start because the battery was flat... god knows how that happened!!!Due to the inconvenience caused by the staff/mechanics incompetence I will not be returning and would not recommend this shop. I wish it would let me score them zero stars.

I bought a 2022 KLR 650 from Perth Kawasaki . Unfortunately mine was in the batch with faulty fuel pumps which were recalled by Kawasaki Australia. However the service I got from Perth Kawasaki was superb and made the experience easy and actually enjoyable. The manager, mechanics and all that were involved were engaging, friendly and communicative and it was great to get to know them. I highly recommend the team to anyone looking to buy a Kawasaki.

Staff were helpful with out being pushy or clingy. Let me browse freely and waited until I looked around for assistance then came over to help immediately. Just want you want from retail store staff.
