I've been a satisfied Shoprite member for many many years, so when I was in the market for a new car back in 2019, decided to go through Shoprite - Automotive Fleet Services Pty Ltd - Mike & Ashleigh Mella. I have purchased and sold a few cars over the years, and whilst I don't consider myself an expert, believe I have managed to do so successfully. Putting my trust into someone else's hands was a leap of good faith, but based on my many positive experiences with Shoprite, I was prepared to give it a go. Mike & Ashleigh didn't let me down, helping with all matters including test drives, pricing, paperwork, the trade-in, etc. It was ultimately a very smooth, enjoyable experience. So, when my wife and son recently decided to update to two new Honda CRVs, I had no hesitation in asking for Mike & Ashleigh's help once more. Despite Covid-19, new car shortages, and organising two trade-ins, all went to schedule and the family are very happy with their new cars and again thankful to Mike & Ashleigh for the very positive experience. This is my 4th car that for which I have engaged Mike and Ashleigh's help. Mike took the details of my trade on Tuesday and had it sorted and paid for by Thursday. Picked up the newbie Monday.
