I purchased a Toyota Crown Majesta from Leo and Han. Outstanding service from the both of them, they never pressured me into making a decision, giving me as much time as I needed to make up my mind. I purchased a van at Van's West through a sales person named Vishal. Vishal was a wonderful sales man...he went above my expectations in fitting the vehicle with the extra seating a back floor system. The pricing on my van and the vans condition was great. I also found Vans West to be very flexible and good communicators. As a women, buying avehicle can be intimidating. Thank you Vishal for making my vehicle purchase an easy experience. As a Chinese international student, Van West is the most enthusiastic and patient car dealer I have ever met. Both Manager and BP have helped and supported me. I was after a Japanese Hiace and went in to view one particular vehicle I saw online. Han was great, mentioned a better one which upon review he was correct. Bought the one Han suggested and am in the process of converting it to a camper. Drives superbly and when I dismantled the existing flooring discovered it was absolutely pristine underneath. Looked like it was straight out of the factory. Thanks Han and Co. for the recommendation and the price was very good also. Opted for the window tint too, outstanding job and very professional. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. Kind regards.
